WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE BOBA BUDGET APP.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license to use the Boba Budget app at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and your subscription will not be refunded.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Boba Budget app or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
